1. Responsible for the development of lithium artificial graphite anode materials and corresponding research work;

2. According to the company's product planning, formulate product development project plan, experimental program, and independently carry out experiments and performance testing; responsible for experimental data collation, summary analysis and report precipitation, focus on the experimental process in line with scientific norms;

3. Product operation control, cooperate with quality and production departments to solve product process problems, cooperate with customers and market demand, develop new products, and follow up the use in the client, assist sales for development and marketing;

4.Other tasks that the R&D position can perform, research projects/patent applications, etc.

1. Master's degree or above in chemical engineering, electrochemistry, materials science, carbon and other related majors, with experience in lithium-related R&D and process categories is preferred;

2. Some knowledge of lithium batteries/battery process/electrochemical mechanism class is preferred, familiar with conventional material testing and characterization principles and techniques;

3. Familiar with 16949 and five major tools, etc., with workflow and logic awareness;

4. Have good communication and coordination ability, good teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility; be good at and love learning new knowledge and new skills, care about the development of the industry, and be able to keep abreast of the research progress of peers and related fields.

1. Responsible for the research and development of silicon carbon anode materials (porous carbon, silicon carbon), including material design, synthesis, testing and optimization.

2. Organize and coordinate small-scale and pilot tests of relevant projects, and develop new characterization technologies and mechanism analysis methods.

3. Design the product scheme according to the customer's requirements and preside over the technical communication with the customer.

4. Compile R & D materials with the organization, and write, declare and maintain patents.

1. Participate in the R & D and design, patent application and supplier management of vapor deposition equipment, activation equipment and grinding and grading equipment for R & D and mass production of lithium-ion battery anode materials (including but not limited to silicon carbon, graphite and hard carbon materials);

2. According to the company's existing technology, optimize the structure, control logic, safety, production efficiency and stability of the equipment according to the structure and performance of the lithium ion battery anode material, and improve the comprehensive yield of the equipment production process ;

3. On the basis of the company's existing equipment, optimize the equipment components and regulate the corresponding production process and parameters according to the structure and performance of lithium-ion battery anode materials.

2. More than 2 years of chemical equipment research and development, design, assembly and experimental experience (fluidized bed, rotary furnace, mill, classifier and other related experience is preferred)

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, chemistry, chemical engineering, materials and other related majors are preferred;

2. Familiar with quality control process and factory quality management system, familiar with quality tools, with more than 1 year experience in quality management;

3. New materials or lithium batteries or automotive industry related quality work experience is preferred;

4. Familiar with ISO9001 quality system, familiar with IATF16949 system is preferred;

5. Have certain organizational and communication skills, and be able to analyze and solve problems in practice.
