This position is responsible for two parts, production and process.

Process aspects:

1. Be responsible for equipment commissioning, equipment improvement, equipment introduction, etc.

2. Be responsible for the exploratory test of new products and new processes and the follow-up of the results.

3. Be responsible for the analysis of batch products, looking for product process deficiencies and advantages;

4. Be responsible for equipment operation process specification, product operation instructions, etc.

Production:

1. Be responsible for the implementation of the department's work plan and tasks and the implementation of the company's technical management system and technical process standards in the workshop;

2. Issue production plans and tasks, arrange and control production schedule;

3. Participate in formulating, revising and guiding the implementation of regulations and documents related to technology, process and safety operation in the workshop;

4. Track the production situation, product demand, production process, output value target, etc., and complete the production target on time

5. Guide, handle, coordinate and solve technical problems in workshop production, and provide technical support for workshop work;

6. Collect, record and feed back the technical information of the workshop, respond to the abnormal production in time, track the problems found in time, and put forward reasonable suggestions.

7. Management of workshop technical team, and orgnization the technical training and improvement of operators.

1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design and automation, electrical and automation, chemical engineering, materials and other related majors are preferred;

2. Strong ability in quality management, process optimization, overall organization, communication and coordination, and good ability to analyze and solve problems.

3. Rigorous, responsible, diligent and dedicated, with a sense of innovation;

1. Responsible for the development and corresponding research of artificial graphite anode materials for lithium batteries;

2. Independently conduct experiments and performance tests, be responsible for experimental data collation, summary and analysis, and report precipitation, and pay attention to the scientific norms of the experimental process;

3. Product operation management and control, cooperate with quality and production departments to solve product process problems, cooperate with customers and market demand, develop new products, follow up the use of clients, and assist sales  development and market promotion;

4.Other tasks that the R&D position can perform, research projects/patent applications, etc.

1. Master degree or above in chemistry and chemical engineering, electrochemistry, materials science, carbon and other related majors

2. Knowledge of lithium battery/battery process/electrochemical mechanism is preferred, and familiar with conventional material detection and characterization principles and technologies;

3. Familiar with 16949 and five major tools, etc., with workflow and logic awareness;

4. Have good communication and coordination ability, good teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility; be good at and love learning new knowledge and new skills, care about the development of the industry, and be able to keep abreast of the research progress of peers and related fields.
